Just replacing the pot on my 120. Cant seem to get the string in the right position to get a full turn on the pot. Any ideas?

Hi Tom,
Here are a couple of photos showing how to restring the VP.
IMHO It is rarely possible to get a FULL turn on the pot.
The most 'throw' I have been able to get is about 3/4 turn from the off position.
If anyone else knows a solution, without moving or changing the pivot position, I too would like to know.

Tom, you don't want to get a full turn on your pot, the trick is to set it so that when your in the "Flat out" position on your pedal, you are not straining the wiper against the stop in other words the motion needs to stop just short of the pot's flat out position............ If I am wrong on this I am sure someone will jump in and correct me...... Some of these pots are quite delicate inside and you can destroy them with incorrect fitting... I think Dunny uses a meter when he fits them to ensure where the travel ends up...
