Excellent idea Jani to piggyback one case on top of the other. The cases can be split for stairs and the like, and kept together for transporting over flat surfaces. That's cool!

and the best is the sharing with the wife . for example airway companies usually dont charge for luggage under 23 kg per person. so there ya have it. the main case is under 23 kg (wich you give to the wife:) )
and then the rest to your self (the small case and a backpack with clean clothes) .
