Can anyone in London convert a Sho Bud from Day to Emmons setup? I am way out of my depth with this and sorely need some help. Can pay for your time.

Tim

Hi Tim. Got your pm but thought I'd reply here. The short answer to your question is 'No'!
Essex or Hampshire seem to be nearest, and there is often a 'waiting time' because these guys are busy.
My suggestion to you would have been to contact John and it looks very much as though that's what you're going to do. I would watch, listen and learn - there's not much about psg that John doesn't know and what you pick up from him will be useful for when you need to tweak your guitar or perhaps change copedent some time in the future.
Then, with your new steel, you could come along to the next meeting of the south London Steelies which will be at 12 noon, Sunday 18 May at the Bread and Roses pub, Clapham Manor St, SW4. Drop Shaun Winning a pm or email and he can get you access to the backing tracks we use.
As I understand things, you now have a Sho-Bud. Come along to the next meeting and add to the Sho-Bud stable at our meetings - when they are all there, there's an LDG, a Pro 1 double neck and my own 'hybrid'/'cannibal'.
Hope to see you soon.
Nick
