My A Pedal does not release - Getting stuck

I have just board an old Marlen D10 Pull-release PSG.
I have problems with the A pedel not releasing properly. Pressing the C-pedal makes it release.
Does someone have a clue how to solve this problem.
Any ideas or help would be appreciated.
