new here - just bought my first lapsteel, a fender deluxe 8 in need of some repairs.
I have to replace the hardware, so was wondering if anyone had any recommendations of pickups, strings, pots etc. for the style of music I play - a combination of ambient/drone stuff and alternative rock / psychedelic rock (I am working on a few projects)
any suggestions / advice welcome - so excited to get my new instrument up and running and start playing
