I've broken it! Help!

First rehearsal with a new band, first song and I notice the E raise on my MSA Classic is not working. Look underneath and this has happened:

Is there anyone in Yorkshire way who can fix it? Or failing that give me an idea where I can get the right sort of rod to replace it?

Thanks John! I asked the guys on the US steel forum and they said the rod should be dead straight, not have that bend in it at the end, is that right?

Looks like it broke in the middle and at the end more or less at the same time.
