Goodrich Pot

Postby bradsteel » Fri Aug 28, 2020 10:46 am

Hi guys!

Trying to find the pot I’d need for my Goodrich 120 - not that I’d know how to fit it yet; that’ll be another thread I’d expect  I’m pretty sure it’s the pot scratching a bit, so I’m using my spare Boss pedal at the moment.

Help much appreciated!

Kind regards,

Brad

Forget it. The worst buy I made was a Goodrich pedal. Impossible to figure out how to re-string it. I even recruited one of the top steel players in the country to re-string it for me - cost a fortune in postage because the string kept coming off.
Save your time, money and heartache - buy a potless pedal and give grief a by-pass.

Thanks again Michael, that’s a big help mate.

Nick thanks for the information mate - I do want to upgrade to an active pedal at some point but with a new guitar currently on order, the funds can’t stretch to it at the moment unfortunately!

Hi Brad

Thought I'd let you know that I received a new pot and string From Gerry Hogan.

Fitting it all was slightly more of a Faff than I thought it would be but it turned out well.

I'm well pleased.
