I know that we have had threads regarding finger picks in the past.
I thought maybe we might have a little more feedback from the just read guys amongst us.
What brand of finger picks do you wear and recommend ?
What if any recommendation do you have for keeping the picks from slipping off your fingers or and any secrets.
Come on, it's easy to reply just post and submit.
JD, Donny, Danny and others do it regularly why don't you other guys try it? We would love to hear from our sleeping partners

As I have said before I use Dunlop 0.15mm figer picks, to help keep them on I lick my first and second fingers before I put the picks on, then just leave it to dry. Always worked for me. Donny

Hi Roy

I have alway's used Dunlop .0255" finger picks, and for keeping them from slipping just lick your finger before putting them on.

I tried various brands over several years and never had trouble keeping them in place. The problem was that My second finger in particular was always painful in the cuticle area,I tinkk the Americans call it a hang nail. I tried a pair of Perfect Touch picks at The Dallas show a few years ago and problem solved .They are available in several sizes and either brass or steel and with flat blade or rounded blade,I have three sets and absolutely swear by them.

my friend Bobby Bowman from Tx. That passed away a few years ago now was a very good steel tech used to use hair spray to keep his pics on, i have not tried it but he reckoned it worked. Like the rest i just wet my finger tips but there are time when something more positive could be needed.

I use Perfect Touch Finger Picks. They are really helpful because they don't slip or eat the skin of your fingers.

I use (try to use) 3 finger picks, 0.25 on index and middle and 0.15 on the unruly ring finger. I also find I have to move middle and ring counter clockwise a shade, so they address the strings straight on.
And, when I was attending Gartcosh, I used to lick Donny's arse before donning my picks. It never made them stay on, but it got me to where I am today.
