Strings for universal 12

Hi,

How would one find strings for a Universal 12 guitar? At the moment I thinking about ordering an E9 set (dropping the 9th string) and then ordering the extra 3 strings as custom single strings. Does anyone know if this would work well? As when I googled 12 string copedents, they seem to want a couple of the e9 strings to be slightly thicker than usual.

zak i have 12 string uni sets they are £10 a set and 3.50 post and packing covers up to 10 sets

Thanks Gwyndaf, I may message those guys, but they do seem to charge a lot for the thicker strings (a single D'Addario 0.070 costs £4.49 on their site...)
