Hi,
I'm having trouble with the signal on the E9 neck. Sometimes while playing, the sound will fade away slowly but then come back slowly with no set time, maybe 2 to 10 minutes or even having to stop and returning the following day, it has now become a pain.
When there is no sound on the E9 neck, I switch to the C6 and I have sound. My issue is, is it the pickup or the switch. I have sprayed the switch with switch cleaning lubricant, but to no avail, any suggestions I would grateful.
There is no sudden sound loss, it's gradual.
Barry.

Barry, If you have sound from the C6 neck it can only be the pup or connections, I would first remake the connections in case you have a dry joint there..........

Thanks John,
looks a bit to fiddly for me.

I'll have to look around for someone to do it for me, not unless you know of anyone?

well, that's that sorted. Glad we got there in the end Barry.
One dodgy switch changed, and a bit of very fiddly rewiring, and you're good to go.
