I have an all pull changer, if I press the B pedal down fast the resulting A note is slightly sharp of where is it when I press the pedal slowly.
I dont think this is a cabinet drop thing as if I press the pedal slowly but then press it hard while it's down the problem doesn't happen.
I dont really understand all pull changers, particularly the balancing springs and split springs, but could this be a result of incorrect spring tension somehow?

I think I would look at the Stop..... maybe when you pedal fast the stop is getting a bit more hammer than slow pedalling??

I will do that.. cheers John!

Hi Henry - if one (or both) of your G# strings are being affected by an over-tightening of the hex nuts, it could put extra pressure on the body of the guitar when you pedal fast- presumably pedalling fast can usually equate to pedalling 'heavy' - so I'd also slacken off the G# strings and check the raises aren't pulling things out of whack. a slow raise can usually be controlled better, with only sufficient foot pressure to achieve the slow raise...

The slow raise could be the problem, if there is not quite enough tension on the return spring, or if the finger is in need of lubrication.
Press the pedal slowly, and watch the lowering segment of the finger (the bit with the return spring connected to it), and see if the segment moves away from its stop.
If it does, the lower return spring needs more tension
