2nd string

I am puzzled about 2nd string right kn right d# to d on my rains . is it supposed to have a half stop ,I cant feel it if there is . If any one can help I would appreciate it. Regards DEREK.

Do you lower your 9th string from D to C# Derek?

1. Tune the 2nd string lower to a C# as normal.

2. Now using the nylon tuner for the 9th string, tune it to "feel" the D note on the 2nd string, as it just begins to start moving.

3. Then tune the 9th string lower to C# with the allen "split" screw.
