Hello,
does anyone have a recommendation for a replacement pot for a Goodrich volume pedal? I would prefer to get one from this side of the Atlantic, but if needs must, I will order one from the US.
TIA
Chris

I would recommend a Hilton pedal, have been using mine for over tens years with absolutely no problems. Hand built by Keith Hilton, a great guy to deal with if any problem occurs. The other plus no pot to replace. I recently had to replace a pot in a old Goodrich pedal, extremely hard to get, their only agent in UK does not stock them, and actually said they they had never been asked for one, think they must be only ones in world not aware of the problem with pots since the demise of the old Alan Bradley pots

Goodrich in US never did get back to me, ended up buying a Dunlop Hot Potz 470 from Tom Bradshaw in US, so not a fan of Goodrich

Seconded on recommendations for a Goodrich volume pot. Mine's getting a little scratchy, would love to know any suggestions! Thanks!

As stated above, the only viable replacement pots for the Goodrich pedal is the Dunlop 470 Hot Potz, the rest eg PEC, Clarostat, the new Allan Bradley are all pretty useless, my personal experience was as little as two week to about six months before needing replaced, hence the Hilton, believe Goodrich have their own version of the Hot Potz, but good luck with that, I tried to get one from them for over a year, absolutely no response, Goodrich used to be excellent company but under the new management customer service is non existent.I believe Hot Rox Sheffield have Dunlop 470 pots for use in Ernie Ball volume pedals, but think the shaft of the pot needs to be modified.
If anybody needs one contact Tom Bradshaw on US forum, he is a absolute gentleman to deal with.
Another good pedal that gets good reports is the Lehle guitar volume pedal ( one with side connections), this is active pedal with no pot.

Solsound do the Dunlop 470k hotpotz £29. Probably the only viable option in the UK. Nothing beat the old Allen Bradley pots. You will need to remove the gear wheel held in place with a circlip. Fully recommend the Lehle as an alternative.

Thanks for the helpful replies. I will investigate the Lehle.

Think Lehie 90 is the one for steel guitars with see connections

Yep John that is newer style Dunlop 470 Hot Potz , as Derek said you have to remove the black plastic gear to fit it in Goodrich or similar type pedal.
