Building, restoration, repairs, set-up, tweaking....in here!

I have 4 pedals the fourth is PF4. I want this as the first so I want to shift the pedal so that they are PF - A - B - C . Can anybody recommend someone who can do this please? I am based is Bournemouth but I can travel.
