Addition to the family

After a lot of heartbreak for my step-daughter Amanda, loads of IVF and a really difficult and at times dangerous pregnancy, I am delighted to say I am now a Grandad. Charlotte Hope Gailey born earlier this month (the 7th) at 5lb 10oz in old money. She's a bright little thing, very alert. Amanda didn't want me publicising this earlier until she and the baby were out of the woods, but all is well now.
She can't reach the pedals yet, but.....

Congratulations Grandad Will, I trust you will proudly post a photograph of your granddaughter in the very near future.
Best wishes to the whole family, it's great to hear of happy events in this world lately of doom and gloom.

Congratulations to you and your family Will. We had a similar problem, but now we have a beautiful clever little 2 year old grand-daughter. Your life will change now!

Hey Will, It is when those little arms go up requesting a pick up, that's when it hit's you and you know what you have got! .... after a few months the request turns into a demand but that's ok too

Congratulations Will, the best thing ever to happen to me, without doubt.
I retired on July 25th 2017 became Grampa on August 3rd, you see it's all about timing
These are the children we really get the chance to spoil.
