Just saw on Facebook that Dawn Sears has passed away.Dawn was one of my two favourite female singers.A sad loss to the Country Music scene, condolences to her family and friends.

Shocked and gutted, like Malcolm, one of my favorite singers, one of the best. RIP

Yes that is sad. She was with the TJ's when I saw them in April this year. She was wearing a baseball cap as she had lost her hair, but she could still belt out a ballad in her own way. She got a standing ovation each time she sang, and I would imagine that 3rd & Lindsley will be a very solemn place at the TJ's gig there next week.

Like all of us I'm Gutted to hear this. She was a lovely lady and one of the best singers in country in my opinion.
I had hoped like others that she would beat this terrible big C.
My condolences to Kenny and family.

Such a voice! And such a loss to country! A difficult funeral to attend! Condolences to Kenny and all close to her!
