More sad news of the passing of Ray Kedge yesterday, he as most of you will know had been ill for many years but now he is at peace.
RIP Ray not to be forgotten.

I live across the road from Ray.
When I told him I was getting a steel guitar from Ronnie Bennett he said "great I'll bring mine over and help you get started."
Sadly this was never to be because covid hit and we could only look at each other from across the road.
He played a week at Weston Super Mare and came home with an ulcer on the bottom of his foot which needed a lot of treatment.
Then he fell ill for a long time and yesterday his Wife came over and told me he had passed away. So sad, Ray was such a lovely man
willing to help out with anything to do with music. RIP.
