Thank you Derek,
Not the news I was hoping for. I am devastated,
Keith was a very special man, a true gentleman.
From first meeting Keith at the NESG meeting, he went out of his way in encouraging me
in my attempt to learn to play the non pedal steel. His enthusiasm for steel guitar
music was inspiring.
I along with many others have lost a true “friend of the bar”.

My sincere condolences to Keiths family and all his friends.

Very sad to hear this. I never met him but had a few exchanges with him on this forum and he seemed like a top guy. I was hoping to meet him one day if I ever made it to the NESG.

I only ever had the privilege of Keith's company once, that was at Thornton Wattlas at the NESGF, he was an absolute gentleman, and it was a delight to be in his company.
May he rest in peace

Here's the man - my friend Keith. It was only last week we spoke, he was in the infirmary so I didn't have long with him.

I'm really saddened to hear this.
Only 4 weeks before he died, he visited me to buy my White PSG.
He was really looking forward to playing it.
Such a nice chap.
My condolences to all who had the pleasure of knowing Keith.
