Yes, Tony, it's inconceivable how quickly they can turn these big procedures round. An acquaintance of mine went through the same op and, since his recuperation, feels like a new man, gigging regularly and with a spring in his step. So, here's wishing you the same outcome.
And I join you in, awe filled, gasping at the care and skills of the NHS staff, especially in the straightened situation they have to cope with these days.
All the best, Sir

Hi Tony, very sorry to hear you were in need of a bypass but also very pleased to hear the operation went according to plan!
I was also gutted to be unable to attend the NESGF, but will do my best to get along to one of the regular gatherings before the next one - and hope to be able to meet you there

Best wishes for a speedy and full recovery,
Sid

Tony
I'm so pleased that everything went well with your operation. My brother had the same op when he was just 32, so I know how invasive it is. I'm sure that Ann will be looking after you really well. Please take things steady, we all want you around for many years to come. Don't rush things and certainly don't lift this heavy contraption that we all play. Best wishes buddy.
