tone bar question

Hi all,a few weeks ago i asked if anyone could help me modify a tone bar as i suffer from m/s and i could not hold it properly i thank you all for your replies, i thought about it quite a bit and i came up with this its part of the footplate of a shower chair see attached pictures it seems to work ok so now i have got to learn how to play my lap steel thank you once again Ivan.

That's a good adaptation to a contraption Ivan..... next one you make, put a bullet end on it to help you pick out individual strings for single notes.....
