parts for carter starter

Hi guys. I recently aquired a very beat up carter starter which had been abused and I am currently using it as a ten string lap steel plus. The main problem is the end of the pedal rods which should turn to alter the length of the rod are jammed. The result is I cant get the pedals level. Does anyone know where I could find replacement rods or get these fixed. Thanks. Buddy.
