Oldie returning to the slide

Hi, many thanks for the add, another new member here, returning to the slide from 40 years ago, now have a WBS 10 string custom, 3+5 and after stripping it and putting it back to the original rodding chart it now plays lovely! I am amazed at the help available on line for players, I was completely self taught back in the 70s, with the help of Winnie and that dammed 45rpm record!! Thanks and hello. Tony

Thank you for all the kind comments. John I could have done with your help sorting this steel, someone had been adjusting everything you shouldn't, took me a long time and a lot of head scratching. I'm now up to about 30 tunes most that I have worked out and just learnt farewell party, from sbenzian, fantastic song, struggling with Lloyds phrasing but getting there. Just got John Russel to mail me Silver Wings, great tabs.
