Hi Stan, how can we help you? Where are you located? There are several Steelies meetings on here from time to time, not all will be in reach to you but there is plenty of help on here ........ If your within travelling distance of St.Neots, Cambs Be glad to help you.......

:guitar: :guitar: :guitar:

I am thinking of having yet another Steelies meeting at Duloe Hall on either the 7th or the 14th of June (three weeks away!!)If the hall is available who is up for it ?????? :D

A classic piece of thread hijacking, but what the hell! I could do the 7th, but the 14th is doubtful. And welcome back, Stan!

Guys, appreciate your help.I'm just out side glasgow.had an emmons student when at uni,now come by sho bud maverick, minus knee lever...and a dodgy c pedal rod which is stuck on the thread so won't lock onto the pedal.so I'm on a mission to try and sort it ...but having had a wee shot I was amazed how much of the Winnie Winston book came back to me!

Hi Stan, Tuesday 26th, Gartcosh Community Centre. That's where the next meeting of The Scottish Steel Guitar Workshop will take place. If you can make it along, you'll find all the help and advice you'll need . I've been attending for 2 years and, in the wise words of one of our esteemed brethren, 'it's the most fun you can have with your trousers on'!!
7pm till the tunes run out.
GFI Ultra keyless S10 4+5 Emmon's setup + Sigler, Li'l Izzy, Hilton volume pedal, Roland Cube 80gx, Joyo American Sound Pre-amp, Behringer VD400 Delay Pedal, Peterson Strobo Plus HD and a brace of bars, Ben's, Ezzee-Slide, Pearse, BJS, SIT nickel strings.
