Hi I'm Mick Wilson from Tassie. I've been playing the steel for 27 years I have a 94 Emmons Legrande 8x4.a Degruchy Dobro a couple of lap steels and a few Fender strats and tele. I have three amp setups Nashville 112, 400 and profex ll through a dcp 750 into 1x215 stereo cab. I work all over Aus but mostly in Tassie. I play mostly Country and bit of western swing. I'm honored to be apart your forum.

It is nice to have a member from so far away.
Perhaps You will know some of the players from Oz and NZ I have met at Dallas over the years.
I keep in regular touch with Paddy Long and Ivan Posa from NZ and I have met Tony Davis and His lovely Lady Wife Lynn,You must have encountered Wazza(Warren Neilson)

Hi Mick, Welcome aboard...... would love to see your part of the world The furthest I ever got was a gig in the Seychelles and that was quite amazing. I bet the guys on here would love to see some pics of Taz.... how about it?
