New member from Dorset

Hi All,

I am new to pedal steel, so quite a learning curve. I have played lap steel and Dobro for a while.
I have recently bought a Hudson Pedabro from a forum member. This is a truly great thing as it works fine at acoustic session as well as plugged in.
It needs a little bit of work done on it, does anybody know of a Pedal Steel engineer in the South of England? Preferably Dorset or West Country.

Many thanks

Steve

Hi Steve, welcome to the forum, I think Jim Pritchard may be the man you need if not he will know someone and he follows this forum as well.

Hi Steve! I am in Dorset too as the name implies. Drop me a message. I am not able to work on the PSG for you and that is best left in the capable hands of Jim Pritchard ;) just like you I recently got into PSG coming from many years of playing lap steel and slide guitar in a pro capacity.
Yes it's a big jump but these machines are highly addictive!

Cheers and welcome!
Andy

Jim, we are practically neighbours (almost). If I am not mistaken, I have seen you play with Country Tones in a video on FB. Outstanding playing!
