Hi all,

Quick hello from a new member!

I'm not a pedal steel player but have had an interest in them since a lovely old boy who used to drink in a pub I worked at gave me his old Sho-Bud single neck.

I'm hoping someone on here can give me some advice on restoration/ valuation or might even be looking for a project. With a second baby on the way I don't really have the time to give this instrument the love that it deserves!

So I've included some pics, my first question is: do any of you experts have any advice about where I should start getting her back up and running?

It looks like a Pro 1 to me, need to see endplate and underside photos to be more precise.

Value ? If it's a Pro 1 with 3 pedals and 4 levers, around £1500, going by recent sales

Only hardware I have is what is pictured - so pedals and levers missing (must have gone awol!) Great to get a model name though - will post a pic of underside to be sure.
