Dillion lap steel Seymour Duncan Pegasus pickup

Postby Keith Wilson » Tue Jan 31, 2017 12:26 pm

Hi - I replaced the original pickup on my Dillion lap steel with a Seymour Duncan Pegasus as the original was very low output. I went for a Seymour Duncan Pegasus - not generally used by steel players and I think it is much better. This is a video of me playing it at a recent gig. Played through a Quilter MicroPro II (brilliant amp). What do you think of the sound?

Sounds like a winning combination to me Keith. Nice warm old skool vibe.
