Started Recording Ideas

So recored 2 ideas thus far.

No guitar only Lap Steel Guitar doing full chords and solo.

First one is how I feel right now going through difficulties.

Its called "When a Man Breaks Down". The Arguments that can happen between the other half and I.

Yeah I guess I'm just using the music as a release.

Things can get hard sometimes.

Must have been a pretty angry phone call... :D This material really shows where else we can take our beloved steels beyond country and swing. I'm with BJ Cole on this - you can play anything on this most versatile of instruments. I never cease to marvel at what the good lap steel player gets out of his instrument without the pedals and levers.

Just to mention as I received some emails with queries.

There is NO GUITAR.

The chords are all done on my Lap Steel Guitar.

My "Theory Tuning" was created so I can jam solo and with vocals just like any other guitarist.

Plus I'm tired of hearing silly interviews from so called accomplished players "popular" saying we can't play solo lots of chords and strumming. Absolute nonsense.

Long live the Lap Steel Guitar. So love to all my true Lap Steel Guitar forumers. The revolution is coming.
