Is it in fully working order?

They seem to go for between £300-£400 in good condition.

If nobody here is interested you'd probably be best putting it up on Ebay.

Thanks Jeff. it's in fairly good condition, it has a small split just behind the pickup plate where the screw goes in but its not all the way through the wood, I checked the numbers on the pots and they say that they were made in 1946.. all the electricke are working.. I know noting about lap steels..

I see there are no strings on it. Have you tested the pickup and that the volume/tone works?

Hi,
I have just got one of these from my dad and wondered how much they are worth too.
Serial 1078
Its got dot inlays rather than diamonds so i don't know what year it is.
Good condition for the age but the case is virtually destroyed.

cheers

John

Hi, only just joined this forum so I hope I'm not asking a stupid question. I have a Selmer lap like the white one, "Goldtone" The pickup has failed. Can anybody suggest where I might get mine rebuilt or does anyone have one for sale ? Thanks
