Info about this guitar ?

Hello,

I just picked up this lap steel and am trying to find out more information about it.

It's got a Selmer sticker on the headstock and case (which it is built into - you take off the lid to play it) and it sounds great, the electrics are sound despite it looking pretty old, I guess being built into the case has kept it protected.

Anyone ever come across one of these? Any info much appreciated, thanks.
