This is a "Harbour Lights" Lap steel made by Harry Sheppard (USA)
You'll have to play the whole video to see it, there's also a tricone resonator in there as well..
0:53 - 2:25 - 2:47 for the Harbour Lights guitar
1:34 for the Gold Tricone
and 2:35 for Captain Basil at the helm

I think it was for the balance of the picture, the editor thought the Reso shots looked best this way:-

Nah.. I'd leave that ambidextical stuff to the single young lads who manage to change hands without missing a stroke.. :roll: :roll:
In actual fact I AM , I use a bow Left Handed, shoot a gun right handed, use either hand with tools (The metallic mechanical kind!!) and write right handed but prefer to drive left handed, i.e. with the gear-shift on the right and seated on the left..
I wipe... No forget that..
