Here is another little blast from the NESGF. It's a Hank Garland tune called "Hanks Dream".

ShoBud 6139 - Remington Steelmaster - George Boards 8 String - Gretsch Country Gent - National Twin 8 Console x 2 - National New Yorker and a shed full of guitars.

Thanks John. I will keep them coming but I feel sometimes that I am hogging the show. Keep an eye out in the new year as part of my plan is to get some videos up showing some of the moves I make in certain tunes. When I went over to see John Davis and get the Remington I played part of "Hello Darlin". Within the first few notes John nearly fell over with one particular move I made so thought it might be an idea to pass them on.

Great stuff Mick, keep them coming, never worry about " hogging the show " as non pedlars are welcome anytime. :guitar:

A video on slants and playing positions would be most wecolme, I was " doodling " about with silent night today trying to get an idea of what slants I could use when playing it in the key of G and it's surprising what can be done, especially when you don't know what you're doing! :guitar: :guitar:
I'm sure someone with your capabilities could enlighten non pedlars a bit more, on playing positions and movement up and down the board, a good topic to cover, even if JD does fall over in the process!
Keep up the good work.
Cheers, Robert
No longer slummin, I’ve got a Mullen and a damn good amp as well,
they’ll be well played, if not played well, seat time alone must tell!
