Madarozzo lap steel case

Postby jonshack » Sat Nov 28, 2015 2:45 pm

Has anyone bought one of these? The specs say the length is about 4cm short for my 8 string which has a pointy headstock. Just wondering if the bag has enough flexibility to fit. Overall quality any good?

Quality looks good, although what manufacturer offers a lap steel bag "with 6 free plectrums"? It wouldn't be wide enough for mine though otherwise I'd be tempted.

Yes the plectrum thing is a bit silly, I imagine it's something thrown in with every "guitar related purchase". I may go for it despite a luke warm Amazon review (apparently the padding is nowhere near as thick as advertised). I'd go for another Clearwater case but mine is falling apart after about a year's worth of gigging. Nothing much else on the market unfortunately.
