Hi Jeff,
I followed your article on the building of your new guitar on the US Forum and it was well written along with being informative.
The video of your first rehearsal is really good to watch and I noticed that you had Colin Cosimini as one of your guitar players. I've seen him playing mostly Gypsy Jazz stuff, so he certainly should add to the "Swing" side of your band. Please post some more clips when they're available.
Regards,
Keith.

Thanks for all the nice comments.

Yes, we are London based and, although we are hoping to hit some of the rockabilly weekenders next year, these will all probably be well outside London.

But we will definitely need to do some "warm up" gigs and have already started talking to a few places about that so we will definitely be playing in London before too long.

Keith - glad you enjoyed the build thread. Colin is great and really knows all those funny jazz chords inside out. A real asset to the band and the rest of the guys (and girls) are amazing - it's a real honour to play with them.

Henry - My main tuning (on the neck closest to me) is A6. Neck 2 is a D9, Leon McAuliffe's E13 is on neck 3 and the furthest neck has another E13 but with a high G# which I often drop to a G giving me an A9 chord on the top 4 strings and an E13 on the lower 7. The A9 is the newest tuning for me (the other 3 are on my triple neck and the A6 and Leon's E13 are on my double) although before I got the quad, I was planning on taking my little 6 string Gibson along tuned to D9 as I intended to use that tuning on one song, Now it's there on the quad I'm starting to find more uses for it.
