Damage - not likely, it should survive perfectly well.
I'd make sure the Champ's input level is down real low and turn it up very slowly until it hit the required volume, to be super-safe.

It'd be interesting to know what the resulting sound was like when you tried it.
Sending line level into an amp expecting guitar level signals is a recipe for raging distortion, or at least, so I would expect..!

I've just looked at a photo of a Micro Cube, and it looks like the output is for headphones, which would indicate that it is a stronger signal than a line out.

I wouldn't recommend plugging it into the input of another amp, just in case the Micro Cube's volume was turned flat out
