Bullet-bar maker in Wales (UK)

Hi - I'm trying to track down a bullet-bar maker in Wales (UK). I came across the maker's website about a week ago - however I didn't save the URL and I have been searching for it ever since with no joy whatsoever!! Anybody come across it? They seem(ed) quite good hand-made steel items! Very frustrating!
