Trouble joining

Marc, just talked to James Taylor up North, he had tried to rejoin after he was accidentally removed a while back, he had contacted you and you had provided him with new code(?)to rejoin, but has had no success , it keeps telling him that his email address belongs to an existing member.Wondered if you could have a look at it and get him back in, thanks Malcolm.

The user with the email address you gave me is jim.

If he has forgotten his password, he should complete the form at ucp.php?mode=sendpassword with the above username, and the email address you gave. He'll then get an email with further instructions to reset his password.

Usernames and password are CaSe SeNsItIvE!!!
