Can't upload videos to my posts

I don't know how to attach videos to my posts. Want to put one up of myself playing.

I know it says mp4's aren't allowed but I also converted it to a .mov file and after clicking upload my post just went blank again and again.

Help pls!

Hi Alex,
As I understand it, videos have to be hosted, in the first instance, by a third party.. ie: YouTube etc. not from your own PC or lap top.
If you have a Y/tube account post it there first and use the URL , See this section on 'How to'. viewtopic.php?f=27&t=30

Bang on Jim.... Post your videos to an appropriate provider ( you tube etc) then post your URL
