Anyone guide me through how to add a picture to my profile/postings?

Done!....'for now' ... to change it go to your profile then .... edit avatar (or click here) and upload from your file.... max size is 90 x 90 pixels

Thanks Bob, I have a pic here I'd like to change it for, but however I try to resize it, it's bigger than 20 KiB. I've used a specific site that resizes the image to an avatar for forums and its still coming in at 615 kb. What am I doing wrong? If I emailed you the pic I want would you have the time to put it on for me? Or what do you suggest? cheers, Dave
