Fantasy Band??

How about passing an idle moment, not in the usual way, that will make us go blind, but imagining your Dream Band to sit in with? I reckon there might be a few on here that have already lived the dream.

I'd have;
Dawn Sears and Gene Watson on lead vocals.
Levon Helm on drums and backing vocals.
Timothy B Schmit on Bass and backing vocals.
Ry Cooder on guitar and backing vocals.
Joe Sample on piano.
Mark O Connor on fiddle.
And Uncle Fud behind the GFI. Oh, and Julia Breck would be my roadie!

Trouble is every time I conjure up the band in my mind, I hear the audience (of The Grand Ol' Orpry, Glasgow) shouting, "Kill the Steelie!".

So, who's in your fantasy band?

Well Danny, my fantasy band would be:
Dolly, loretta, Dawn on vocals
Dolly on guitar, mandolin.
Barbara Mandrell on drums and steel when I had a day off
Most of the time Uncle Roy on steel.
The comments from the audience would be the Steelie plays like he has been dead years
