British Steelies Farcebook page.

This is where you can rest a while and discuss anything - doesn't have to be steel guitar related!

British Steelies Farcebook page.

Just a question for Roy or whomsoever would be the final say. Is the British Steelies Facebook Page an "Official British Steelies representation" or just a separate entity..?
Banning tutorial material from sources OUTSIDE the UK is absolutely stupid. How will aspiring players learn from the masters. On that page you are BANNED from posting non UK videos, mp3's and even pictures of the stars. That is with the exception of the page owner who appears to be outside the rules he imposes. Why is he allowed to continue using the name "British Steelies ? and is it official Please.
I'm not the only one who wants to know.. :?

I don't believe that it has any connection with Roy at all Basil. The owner of the page is Jimmy I think, and I guess that as such he has the final say. It appears to me that the page is mainly for the page holder to advertise his instruments for sale.
