The oldest sauce of Ukulele strings.

This is where you can rest a while and discuss anything - doesn't have to be steel guitar related!

The oldest sauce of Ukulele strings.

Postby Basil Henriques » Mon Apr 01, 2019 9:16 am

Ever wondered where ukulele strings come from? This recently-discovered, hitherto-unseen archive film may date back decades, but is as true today as it's ever been. One of the Extras on the Litmus Films double-disc DVD The Ukes Down Under, a documentary on the UOGB's first tour of Australia.

Do any of you think that it is somewhat of a coincidence that the above short films clips appeared on the 1st of April? What could be the connection?

Coolsteel, The words "above short films" implies that you are reading the posts in reverse order. The best way by far is for the latest post to be at the top.. It's readily available in the preferences..

Marc, it all depends whether your scrolling preference is up or down: me, I like to go down so that the latest post is at the top..
