For the last 3 or 4 youtube videos that I have made, instead of recording direct to camcorder like all my previous videos, I recorded the audio straight onto my computer using the 'Audacity' software.
This means that I can edit the audio, repairing mistakes etc, which I was unable to do when I went straight to camcorder.
The problem was, when I had finished the audio, I didn't know how to marry it up to a video, so I used still photos.
Some people preferred to see me playing the steel, so I got my brother, who knows more about computers than I do, to show me how to sync a video with the audio.
Anyway, long story short, I videoed myself playing along to my original Audacity recording, and in a couple of places forgot what I had actually played, and how I had actually played it
So, yes, I'm miming to my original recording, on the same steel that I used on the recording.
Next time, I'm going to try to remember my moves a bit better
