Willie's Mum has passed away

This is where you can rest a while and discuss anything - doesn't have to be steel guitar related!

Willie's Mum has passed away

Postby bob adams » Wed Jul 05, 2017 12:13 am

Like Donny before him., Willie called me yesterday to ask after my 'old boy' and was commiserating over the best way to tackle our old folks with dementia!

We had a long chat and considered the possibilities. On finishing the call and less than an hour later Willie phoned me back saying............... 'You are on your own now Bob' when I asked why he said, ......I've just had a call to say my mother has just passed way.

Life is fickle and fragile is it not!!!?

Let all our thoughts be with Willie at this time.
