What, apart from the essentials, do you take to gigs?

I usually take a spare volume pedal, set of picks and some strings. Oh and maybe a lead or two. Just wondered what everyone else takes?

The same as you Davie, plus some spare bars, a very long backup mains trailing lead in case it is a long distance from a plug socket and a spare delay pedal.

I reckon spare leads are the most practical things that a guitarist of any sort should take to gigs as they are notoriously the weak link.

A star screwdriver / 13 amp fuse / power extension / soldering iron / XLR cable /3.5 to 3.5 cable /spare pedal / the odd string / diet Coke and headache pills ..
Just the usual 'steelies' requirements I guess!

Well Davie, like any boy scout, I'd take; a clean pair of jockeys, a Rubber johnny, a little blue pill and a Roofie.......Oh aye, and a spare lead

I omitted that in the height of summer in the south of England, I tend to also take a towel and a fan. Must keep cool when you get to old age
