National Duolian Resonator Advice

Postby Joymcgeown » Wed May 16, 2012 8:51 pm

Hi

Can anybody help age my late father's National Duolian Resonator which I have inherited. The serial number on the end is C5617 I think my Dad said it was early 1930s. Any advice on this it has it's original box. It hasn't been played for 10 years + as my father was paralysed in later years but when i was a child he played it beautifully on his own and with a country band.

My mom is struggling financially and although it was left to me I want to sell it to give her the money. I have 3 acoustics of my Dads to treasure. Any advice on what price I should be looking for would be appreciated.

Many thanks
Joy
