A little while back, i did a batch of home recording, but couldn't post any of my work, Basil kindly hosted and posted some tracks for me, but before i do my next batch of recording, i need to find a readily accessible host, is this something i pay for? how do i find my host? can anyone recommend a host? i can put my recording onto cd or mini disc, whats the best way for me to get it to my host?

Most ISP's will provide their customers with free hosting, certainly enough to stick a few audio or video files on. You should talk to your ISP about this, before anything else.

If you can convert to mp3 beforehand then you can use http://picosong.com/.
