Help with Focusrite/BIAB

I just got hold of a Focusrite4i4 3rd Generation and I'm trying to use it with BIAB to record some midi tracks with my old Yamaha PSR175, I have the keyboard connected with a 5pin midi lead and it all connects ok' the only problem is I am getting really bad latency, I have tried all sorts of different settings but no luck, I even tried to get answers from the BIAB forum but I'm afraid the replies got a bit to technical for me . The ones I understood are ones I had already tried, According to Focusrite I have the latest drivers installed, I also have ASIO and Coyote installed but nothing seems to get rover the latency. I tried to use it on Audacity but it was the same problem. If anyone has any ideas I would very much appreciate it. Thanks.
