It did seem like he might be genuine, not the usual spam signup, but his posts were a bit cryptic and grasp of English wasn't great.
It seems he spammed a lot of members with PMs with a deal too good to be true, so I've banned him.
My recommendation would be that if you have entered into a conversation with him do NOT engage with him any further as his behaviour thus far has been dodgy. IMHO.
