Hi Davie, I join the long line of well wishers although I have been chatting with Willie very regularly as I'm sure you are aware, and any little mods required we will do no probs. Rarely have I sat and looked at my screen and found it hard to express my feelings and today is one of those times.
I would like to personally thank Mr Gamble for his help, both emotionally and mentally. Somehow he instinctively knows when to pick up the phone, when to joke and when a more sensitive approach is needed. Thanks "Gamble"

Also everyone else for their support and offers of their skills that may just be the answer to getting through this mess. Bob, I will be calling you when I get out.

At the moment I am still in hospital and confined to a wheelchair. This week will, see me attending the hospital gym and being tested to see if j am eligible for a prosthetic limb which involves me inserting my stump into an inflatable early walking aid and walking along using parallel bars.
If I can do this I will be referred to the clinic who make the prosthetic limbs for further assessments.
I am in a great deal of pain so this is no easy feat (see what I did there )

Hopefully all will work out OK and so starts my long road to recovery.

People say Don't run before you can walk...I need to re learn to walk before I can do anything.

Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. I couldn't wish for a better bunch of buddies.

Davie, you are right about Mr Gamble he is one of the most sensitive human beings on the planet and we are lucky to have him but, you are among some great friends up there, better than anything we have south of the border, you know that they are genuine and concerned for you. He mentioned you have an FP-100 pedal, and thinking ahead, might have already contacted Dave Beaty regarding sensors. The sensor situation isn’t straight forward… as you probably already know.
